Job description

We are a travel and tourism agency seeking a creative and skilled video editor to assist as a part time video editor role with potential to move to a full time role.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for video, marketing and productions, as well as strong marketing and video editing skills. They should have a portfolio of passed work and at least two years of video or social media experience.

This is a remote job, so candidates can apply from anywhere. 

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and compelling social media content, including text, images, videos, and infographics
• Manage the agency's social media accounts and engage with followers
• Analyse social media data to track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Produce high-quality video content for the agency's website, social media channels, and other marketing materials
• Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Two + years of experience in social media marketing
• Two + years of experience in video editing and production
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Excellent writing, editing, and graphic design skills
• Creative and innovative mindset
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for travel and tourism
