Triggerfish is Africa's leading animation company, with multiple awards, new shows just released on both Netflix and Disney+, and an academy arm.  

We are currently looking for an ICT Network Administrator to join our small IT team to assist with managing servers and network infrastructure and ensure that all computers and software are fit for purpose. 

Key responsibility areas include:

• Desktop support and maintenance
• Network and security
• Research and troubleshooting
• Server health and maintenance

Minimum requirements:

• Installation and Configuration of Computer Hardware and Software
• Troubleshooting expertise in PC and Windows 10 & 11  hardware and software
• MCSA/MCSE qualification or equivalent experience in servers, desktops and networks

Advantageous skills:

• Familiarity with Autodesk and Adobe products advantageous
• Google Workspace Administration experience advantageous
• Firewall experience with Fortinet or a similar firewall environment is advantageous
• Managing render applications and servers is advantageous
• Networking: TCP/IP, Wireless, DNS, DHCP knowledge, knowledge of VLAN
• VOIP - Configuring of devices and softphones
• Managing backups with Veeam or similar software
• Systems administration experience 
• Linux Experience (Alma Linux)
