This is a Hybrid position - 2 days at home, 3 days in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Mainly responsible for admin support in tax department
- Income tax number registration/reactivation
- Documents preparation team
- SARS E-filing management
- Schedule and attend SARS Appointments for:
- Income tax number registration/reactivation
- Update of client details
- Queries
- Daily SARS phone calls
- SARS Complaint process
- Escalations
- SARS Complaints
- Tax Ombud Complaints
- Daily email management
- RAV01 updates on e-filing
- Management of Monday.com boards and keeping timelines
- Any other related tasks
Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must take initiative and be able to run their role at a high level of efficiency without being checked up on
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Excellent reporting skills
- Excellent client relations
- Excellent administration skills
Salary: Between R6000 and R8000 per month
Working Hours - Monday to Friday (2 days from home and 3 days in office)
