Christelle started working for PBS College during varsity holidays in 1984, attending all and any training they had to offer. Over the next 30 years, she found her passion in Personal Development. She uses her vast experience and skill in project management to make a success of any venture.

As a coach she is qualified in life-coaching, workplace mentoring, and an NLP practitioner, accredited by Investors in People and Comensa.

She is frequently called in to physically rescue difficult projects or assist executives with planning projects or post project reviews. Christelle has completed many project and programme management courses, attaining her PMP, PRINCE2, BTech, and post graduate diplomas, and will never stop studying.

In 2013 she was appointed as Director of Education with PBS College, and has changed the College's core direction from Credit Management into Leadership Development. Her goal is to ensure that all courses are aligned to SAQA regulations, and to bring personal development into the life of every working person.
