Nitesh Devanand is a Dell Consumer Product Specialist at DCC. He is passionate about IT and technology and pursued his passion by studying IT Software Development at the Durban University of Technology. Nitesh wanted to be in a position where he met new people, interacted with customers and was able to keep up to date with the various technology updates and products. He was able to do just this when in 2007 Nitesh moved from Durban to Johannesburg and joined Drive Control Corporation (DCC) at their head office as a sales executive. He focused on various products including APC, HP, Lexmark, Cannon and Epson, to name a few. In 2011, Nitesh was appointed the Dell Consumer Product Specialist with a focus on Dell's consumer product offering. In his current position, product knowledge is key as well as understanding the needs and requirements of the consumer market. Nitesh also assists with the training of the sales team and clients which gives him the face-to-face interaction with his customers.
