At M&W Matthew assists companies transition towards customer centricity and thrive in the global paradigm . Matthew has a MSc Engineering degree from the University of Cape Town. He also completed the Foundation and Advanced Programmes in Design Thinking from the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design Thinking at UCT (HPI d-school Cape Town), a partner of Stanford University's d-school. Matthew splits his time between Cape Town and Johannesburg.
