Leon Marinus started his career as a Cross Channel Marketing Specialist in 2010 after learning about Mike's Products and Services. He started his small Business known as ATKA SA - Cross Channel Marketing Specialists based in Johannesburg, South Africa. After attending Cross Channel Mojo Conference Leon truly understood where the gap in the Market would be in his environment.
Since starting Leon has been nominated and Awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year Award through the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for 2 Years Running now and has been Nominated again this year 2013, he has also won Business of the Year for 2012.In 2013 Leon has been nominated by the NSBC for National Entrepreneur of the Year and Business of the Year. ATKA SA was also recognized as one of the Top 2 Marketing Agencies in South Africa By Financial Mail in 2012/2013. He has also appeared on "Good Morning Africa" which is a Morning Breakfast Show that spans across Africa and has a viewership of Over 200 Million Viewers, after the success and by popular demand Leon has been asked to do an on-going show with Good Morning Africa Starting at the end of October 2013. Leon's company now boasts 16 Employees and he also runs Cross Channel Marketing Strategies for Various Major Corporates in South Africa as well as the Government. In 2013 he was also elected as an Executive Board Member to the Local Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Leon has spoken at numerous Conferences within South Africa as well as abroad in countries such as Mauritius, Botswana, Zimbabwe to name a few. Leon has a passion to make a difference in the world and help businesses understand and leverage their Cross Channel Marketing Strategies. He wants to help people understand that anything is possible and that each and every one of us can make a difference in other people's lives by simply sharing our experience and knowledge.
