Company at the forefront of information technology, components, and systems distribution in Africa, is looking for a cashbook clerk to join their team.

Requirements:

• Identify and process invoices and payments to correct general ledger accounts (guidance will be given).
• Ensure creditor invoices reflect correct details, i.e. company name and address, and VAT number.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts of property companies and clearing companies (approximately eight accounts).
• Ad hoc duties from time to time.
