What we are looking for: A conceptual creative director leading the creative vision and direction for all of the event projects.

What you will do: You will work closely with the event management and design teams to conceptualise and execute visually stunning, innovative and memorable event experiences that captivate our clients and their guests. Your strategic thinking, artistic flair and collaborative leadership will be instrumental in driving the creative excellence.

What you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in event management, design, or a related creative field
• Minimum eight years of experience in a senior creative role, preferably within the event management industry
• Demonstrated track record of conceptualising and executing visually captivating and innovative event designs
• Exceptional creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and push the boundaries of traditional event design
• Strong visual design skills, with proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
• Excellent project management and team leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a diverse creative team
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and sell creative ideas to clients
• Thorough understanding of event production, operations and logistical requirements to ensure the feasibility of creative concepts
• Passion for the event industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies and design best practices
