The upcoming BMW i4 was revealed at the BMW Group Annual Conference. The BMW i4 is a fully electric 4 door Gran Coupé and features a refined balance of BMW typical sportiness, comfort and sustainable performance. The BMW i4 model line will be available in different versions covering ranges of up to 590km and will enter the market during the course of the year. See the gallery below.

Kia Corporation has uncovered the first images of the exterior and interior design of EV6, dedicated battery electric vehicle (BEV), ahead of the car's world premiere in March.

Toyota is back with a new Urban Cruiser. The Urban Cruiser features rugged urban styling replete with a raised stance and LED projector headlamps. Its interior offers a comfortable space, the black fabric seats feature a honeycomb pattern, with the rest of the interior finished off in hard-wearing black, featuring a textured pattern. Large door pockets, glove compartment and additional oddment binnacles provide convenient storage spaces.

On 28 February, the Motul RC Raceway at Zwartkops, Pretoria, hosted the first round of the 2021 RCX Championship and the warm-up to the National Series. The Zwartkops track was open for both amateurs and South Africa's top RCX competitors in this motorsport. The format of the 2021 RCX Championship sees participants compete in three, six-minute qualifying rounds followed by a main race lasting from 30 to 45 minutes. The most digitally advanced Golf GTI is set to hit South African shores in the second quarter of 2021. It comes powered with a 7-speed DSG petrol engine pushing out 180kW. BMW announced that its all-new 128ti model will be launched in South Africa on Monday, 1 March. The BMW 128ti features a 2.0-litre engine with BMW TwinPower Turbo technology, a direct offshoot of the variant in the BMW M135i xDrive, as well as exclusive interior and exterior features, giving the car a distinctive appearance. Ford Motor Company's philanthropic arm, Ford Motor Company Fund, has strengthened its commitment to road safety by providing funding for the ChildSafe Pedestrian Safety Programme. The project aims to create safer environments for child pedestrians around school zones, changing road user behaviour and raising community-wide awareness around pedestrian safety. Audi has launched its facelifted RS 4 Avant and RS 5 model ranges (Sportback and Coupé). The new models feature a sporty interior with the new MMI touch operating system and a high-torque twin-turbo V6 engine with a power output of 331kW applies an impressive 600Nm of torque in both model ranges. On the exterior, the front section of the new RS 4 Avant, RS 5 Sportback and Coupé is completely redesigned, with a wider and flatter singleframe. Audi has revealed a refreshed version of the high-performance R8 V10 sports car as Coupé and Spyder models and hosts an even sharper design. The 5.2 FSI in the Audi R8 V10 performance quattro offers 449kW, with a peak torque of 560Nm, allowing the Coupé to sprint to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds, and the Spyder to reach 100km/h 3.3 seconds. Toyota Motors Europe has unveiled the C-HR GR Sport inspired by it's performance-focused GR models. The model, first launched in 2016 has had an impact on the C-SUV segment, recording a sale of 120,000 units in its first year Europe. The 2021 model will feature GR Sport features both on the interior and exterior, enhanced driving dynamics and improved equipment specification that also includes privacy glass, smart entry, LED high beam headlamps and auto-fold door mirrors....

Toyota has revealed its revamped SUV, the Toyota Fortuner. First launched in 2006, the SUV continues to offer a blend of styling, versatility, off-road prowess and practicality. The 2020 model boasts sharpened exterior and interior styling, enhanced specification levels, new-generation infotainment system, improved power and performance as well as new safety and security features.
