The Edgars Club has had its club membership increasing by over 100 000 in the last 18 months alone. The loyalty club pioneer is now tapping into national enthusiasm by introducing a range of new benefits ranging from its now famous nu metro movie discounts to free emergency plumber call outs. "We dug into our database, took a good hard look at our members and tailored a new benefit package aimed not only at providing support, but also at celebrating and rewarding these, our most loyal customers," says executive manager, Elaine Holmes.
