Rainbow Chicken has promoted Wes Schwimmbacher to the position of regional agricultural manager in the Western Cape. Over the past 15 years, Schwimmbacher has made a significant contribution to the business, initially in the Feed operation and more recently in the Agric operation. In recent times Wes has made a significant contribution to the development of MTech and has also been the champion of targeting the right KPIs to deliver 'the right bird at the lowest cost'.
