Job description

Our company is in search for a Sales Representative who will join our awesome sales team. We're based in Secunda and would love to help fight the high unemployment rate here.



Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones via phone, email, and online platforms- Conduct needs assessments and present solutions to customers- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities- Strong computer and software skills (CRM experience a plus)
