We are currently seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to join our retail team. As an insurance sales agent, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right insurance coverage for their needs. Your strong communication skills and knowledge of insurance products will be instrumental in successfully meeting sales goals and building lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products and services offered
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to customers
• Educate customers on insurance policies, terms, and conditions
• Process insurance applications and related documents
• Follow up with customers to finalize insurance transactions and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed weekly & monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the retail team
