We are currently seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join our team as insurance sales representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. As an insurance sales representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, educating customers on various insurance products and helping them make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of insurance products and services offered
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Conduct insurance policy reviews with clients to ensure their coverage meets their needs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately explain insurance policies to clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines and sales targets
