They are seeking a skilled and dynamic Key Accounts Sales Executive to strengthen their market presence and drive revenue through strategic key account management. Job Description:As a Key Accounts Sales Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with key clients to maximise sales opportunities and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities:Key Account Management:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the textile industry.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments and exceed client expectations.
Sales and Business Development:- Identify growth opportunities within existing key accounts and formulate strategies to capitalise on them.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential new key accounts.
Negotiation and Contract Management:- Negotiate terms and conditions with key clients to secure profitable contracts.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and minimise risk.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our textile products.
- Provide technical support and information as needed.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of key account activities, sales progress, and customer interactions.
- Generate regular reports on key account performance for management review.
- Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
Qualifications:- BCom Degree would be advantageous..
- Proven experience in key account management within the promotional / branded clothing industry would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of clothing products and market dynamics (advantageous)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and identify opportunities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent and Proficient in Afrikaans and English
