Position: Document specialist

Working Scenario: Hybrid

About the role: Company offering a 24 hour service to clients, requiring a Document Specialist to work at our Tyger Valley offices. Established document production experience in a fast-paced professional services environment using templates and House Style with exposure to working with lengthy and corrupt documents.

Minimum requirements:

Must have exceptional English capabilities.
Must have excellent documentation skills.
Must have digital dictation, secretarial and data-capturing experience. (Multi-speaker typing).
Must have excellent typing skills.
Audio Typing Experience
Typing speed of at least 50 wpm and proficient in both audio and copy typing.
Proficient user of Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience of using Visio, Adobe Writer, DocX Tools beneficial.
Shares in the team's goal to provide excellent quality and efficiency of service at all times.
MOS Word Expert Qualification (additional MOS qualifications Power Point, Excel and Outlook) beneficial.
