About the role: We are looking for a talented Junior Web Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our senior designers and developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of web design.
Responsibilities:- Assist in designing and developing websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with senior designers to create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes
- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and browsers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies
- Support the team in maintaining and updating existing websites
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements
Minimum requirements:- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A portfolio showcasing your web design work is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in web design, graphic design, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Skills:- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Excellent communication and teamwork
