In Vision Marketing is a direct Sales and Marketing company based in Nelspruit and we are currently looking for individuals who with a mindset beyond just making money. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales within a designated geographic area, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within the assigned territory.
• Identify and prioritize key prospects and decision-makers within potential new accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Present and demonstrate company products or services to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with sales team members, marketing, and other departments to ensure cohesive efforts toward achieving company goals.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Clear criminal record
• SA ID
• Proven experience in sales, preferably as a Territory Sales Representative or in a similar role.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build productive business relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
