In Vision Marketing is a direct sales and marketing company based in Nelspruit and we are seeking a motivated customer sales representative to join our dynamic team. The customer sales representative will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products or services that best meet those needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Recommend products or services based on customer requirements and preferences.
  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry of information into the system.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the sales area.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
