In Vision Marketing is a direct sales and marketing company based in Nelspruit that is looking to develop the next group of the most recognised salespeople for our client. We are seeking a motivated sales trainee to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in sales and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Learn and understand the products and services offered by the company.
  • Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
  • Shadow senior sales team members to observe sales techniques and customer interactions.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Provide support to customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • SA ID
  • Clear criminal record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
