We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team. The sales team leader will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring targets are met and excellent customer service is provided.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor sales metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Create a positive team environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, resolving them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • SA ID
  • Clear criminal record
  • Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or similar role in a retail or sales environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
