In Vision Marketing is currently seeking a motivated sales assistant to join our dynamic sales team. The sales assistant will support the sales team in achieving sales goals, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations daily. Responsibilities:- Assist in the sales process.
- Greet customers, offering assistance and providing information about products.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Contribute to the overall team performance, including accomplishing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:- Grade 12
- SA ID
- Clear criminal record
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed
