In Vision Marketing is a direct sales and marketing company based in the heart of Nelspruit. The company has a sharp focus on beating the competition and meeting customers’ needs.

We are looking for a proactive and driven sales development representative to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of the sales development representative will be to generate new business opportunities by qualifying leads through direct sales. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads and opportunities
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and identify prospects’ pain points to determine how our solutions can best meet their needs
  • Maintain active communication with leads by following up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
  • Participate in sales meetings, product training sessions, and industry events as needed
  • Continuously improve sales and product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • SA ID
  • Clear criminal record
  • Proven experience as a sales development representative, sales account executive, or similar role in a B2B sales environment will serve as an advantage
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
