In Vision Marketing is a newly established direct sales marketing company based in Nelspruit. We are rapidly growing and are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented sales assistant to join our retail team. The sales assistant will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, generating sales, merchandising products, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
  • Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
  • Suggest additional items to complement customer purchases.
  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
  • Maintain records related to sales.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • SA ID
  • Clear criminal record
  • Proven work experience as a retail sales associate, sales representative, or similar role preferred
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English
  • Basic math skills
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
  • Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays
