In Vision Marketing is seeking a friendly and motivated sales associate to join our team. The sales associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, merchandising products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities:- Greet customers and provide them with information on products and promotions.
- Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and recommend additional items as appropriate.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:- Grade 12
- SA ID
- Clear criminal record
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
