Vision Marketing is looking for inbound sales representative . The Inbound Sales Representative plays a key role in converting incoming inquiries into sales opportunities . They also assess needs and recommend products or services that will meets their needs . This role requires strong strong communication skills , sales acumen , and a customer focused approach . They usually communicate and closely collaborate with other internal department like customer care, marketing teams , or technical support in order to provide excellent customer.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Listen attentively to understand the customer’s requirements and recommend suitable product
  • Educate customers about products features, pricing and availability.
  • Effectively close sales opportunities to meet assigned target and goals
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally
  • Keep accurate records of customer interaction and sales activities
