In Vision Marketing is a direct sales and marketing company based in Nelspruit and we are currently looking for a Retail Sales Associate. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing products or services in a retail environment. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and recommending products that best fit those needs. Your goal will be to ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer, contributing to the store's overall sales targets and success.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers as they shop, providing friendly and knowledgeable service throughout their visit. 
  • Product Knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the store, including features, benefits, and usage.
  • Sales: Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs. 
  • Promotions and Upselling: Inform customers about current promotions, special offers, and upsell additional products to maximize sales. 
  • Customer Feedback: Listen to customer feedback and communicate it to management, contributing to improvements in product offerings or service.  
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals, assist with store tasks, and contribute to a positive working environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Grade 12
  • SA ID
  • Clear criminal record
