In Vision Marketing is currently expanding and we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused retail sales agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the buying process, providing product information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Attend training sessions to keep up-to-date on product features.
Requirements: - Grade 12
- Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Basic math skills.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
