Inbound Sales Representative

In Vision Marketing is looking for an inbound sales representative. The inbound sales representative plays a key role in converting incoming inquiries into sales opportunities. They also assess needs and recommend products or services that will meet their needs. This role requires strong strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a customer-focused approach. They usually communicate and closely collaborate with other internal departments like customer care, marketing teams, or technical support in order to provide excellent customer.

  Duties and responsibilities
  • Listen attentively to understand the customer’s requirements and recommend suitable product
  • Educate customers about products features, pricing and availability.
  • Effectively close sales opportunities to meet assigned target and goals
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally
  • Keep accurate records of customer interaction and sales activities
