General Manager - Restaurant
West Rand-based restaurant is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead a new restaurant operation in this unique environment.
Duties:- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Manage staff effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Supervise kitchen operations, including food meal and menu preparation
Requirements:- Minimum of five years' experience in the restaurant industry
- Previous staff management experience within the industry
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and computer applications.
- Must reside on the West Rand, due to operational hours
