Motorbike dealership based on the West Rand is looking for a service manager to join their team.

Duties:

• Manage and lead the service department
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, and work allocation.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback 
• Ensure the timely and quality servicing and repairs of motorcycles.
• Maintain inventory and order parts as needed
• Monitor workshop performance, set targets, and implement improvements.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s licence (motorbike licence essential)
• Proven experience in managing a motorbike or vehicle service department.
