Financial Manager- Bryanston, Johannesburg North Our client in Johannesburg is looking for a Financial Manager to join their team. Requirements:- Proficient in financial management, with a strong understanding of OEM and SMH policies and procedures.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Working knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management Systems).
- Strong staff management and training skills.
- Ability to prepare statutory returns (VAT, FIC, etc.) accurately and on time.
- Experience in budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Capable of working with auditors and preparing for year-end financials.
Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with financial policies and meet all targets and deadlines.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and daily cash flow analyses.
- Manage reconciliations and ensure efficient cash collection.
- Oversee staff training, salary processing, and leave management.
- Control asset records and manage stock-taking procedures.
- Submit all statutory returns accurately and on time.
- Prepare and present financial reports and ensure proper controls for commissions and floorplan settlement.
- Oversee BBBEE pack completion and compliance.
