A dealership in the
West Rand is looking for a
workshop foreman to join their team.
Responsibilities: - Manage and grow workshop technicians
- Maintain the workshop productivity standards and the workshop throughout
- Must set clear objectives and visions well in advance
- Ensure high-quality customer service is met
- Communicate with staff, parts department, and other departments effectively
- Encourage and motivate staff and professional development
- Implement and monitor compliance with policies and procedures
Qualifications:- Trade Test Certificate (Motor Mechanic)
- Masters Certificate / Diagnostic Certificate would be beneficial
- Valid drivers licence
- Computer literate
