Volkswagen Diagnostic Technician
My client in the automotive industry is looking for a Volkswagen diagnostic technician / master technician to join their team asap.
The position will only be suitable for candidates with Volkswagen experience.
Duties include faultfinding and diagnosing problems (mechanical and electrical), repairs (major and minor), and general maintenance of all vehicles booked in the Workshop.
Requirements:
- Trade test qualification (motor mechanic)
- Must have experience working in franchise dealerships (e.g. BMW, Audi, VW, Merc etc.)
- Must display strong abilities on: vehicle inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting & fault-finding, minor & major services, repairs, maintenance and upgrades, installations
- Proficient with computer diagnostic equipment and software
- Excellent customer care skills
- Valid driver’s licence
- Available ASAP
Salary: R30,000 + standby allowance + incentives
