Our client, an automotive dealership in the East Rand, Gauteng is looking for a workshop foreman to join their dynamic team.

Non-negotiable requirements and qualifications

• Motor mechanic trade test certificate
• Certified master technician with extensive experience in high volume brands will be an added benefit
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an automotive workshop (not negotiable)
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.

Salary negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
