Parts Administrator
Our client within the Automotive Industry located in
Cape Town CBD is looking to employ a
Parts Administrator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be supporting the parts team, working closely with the parts team and the admin/finance team.
Requirements:
- Parts admin experience in a franchised motor dealership (2 years+)
- Working knowledge of a motor industry DMS (CDK, Drive, Keyloop etc.)
- Sound knowledge and understanding of costing, accounts, orders, WIP’s, etc.
- Matric
Role / Duties:
- Placing approved import orders
- Preparing payment of duties
- Costing of imports
- Bringing in of parts stock
- Facilitating parts buy-outs
- Computing stock counts and variances at counts
- Managing conversion of estimate
