Warranty Clerk
A dealership in Somerset West is (urgently) looking for a warranty clerk to join their dynamic service department.

Job responsibilities:- Process all warranty claims in line with policies and procedures.
- Liaise with service department and at head office to resolve any costing and warranty issues
- Return defective parts to manufacturer as required
- Liaising with customers in regards to claims
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports on warranty claims activity
- Costing / invoicing
- General administration of day to day invoices
Requirements:- Matric
- Minimum of three years' warranty claims experience within a franchise motor dealership
- Literate on Autoline / Kerridge
- Attention to detail and strong admin
- Good customer care skills
