Responsibilities:- Operations management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the repair shop, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Customer service: Interacting with customers, providing estimates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Staff supervision: Managing and coordinating a small team of technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Inventory control: Monitoring and managing inventory levels of glass, tools, and other supplies needed for repairs.
- Quality control: Ensuring repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations, conducting quality checks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Safety compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all repair activities adhere to safety regulations.
- Financial management: Handling financial aspects such as budgeting, invoicing, and maintaining profitability targets.
- Marketing and sales: Promoting services, generating leads, and possibly participating in sales activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Administration: Handling paperwork, maintaining records, and possibly managing vendor relationships.
