Volkswagen Certified Service Advisor
Our client, a well-established dealership, is looking for a
Certified Volkswagen Service Advisor to join their Service Department.
Salary:R15 000 - R20 000 basic
Responsibilities:- Meet and greet customers
- Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
- Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
- Update necessary vehicle details
- Prepare quotations
- Ensure accurate invoice payments
- Full vehicle handover process
- Customer follow ups
- Maintain a high CSI
Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- Clear criminal record/credit record
- Minimum three years experience as a Certified VW Service Advisor
- Proficiency on Evolve
- Ability to work under pressure
- Outgoing and vibrant personality
