An Architecture company based in George is seeking a MLArch Professional Landscape Architect to join their team.
The candidate
MUST have a professional MLArch degree obtained from the
University of Pretoria. (no other university will be considered)
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in landscape architecture and a passion for designing innovative and sustainable landscapes.
Requirements:
- Professional degree in MLArch obtained from the University of Pretoria
- Proficiency in design software - AutoCAD; Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong graphic, verbal and written communication in Afrikaans and English
- Detail-orientated with excellent organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development of landscape design concepts and plans.
- Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations.
- Conduct site analysis and research to support design proposals.
- Collaborate with senior landscape architects and other team members.
- Participate in client meetings and project reviews.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Contribute to the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
- Support the project management process, including budgeting and scheduling
Salary:
R18,000 basic salary
