Requirements:
- Certified property practitioner with a track record in managing residential and commercial rentals
- Demonstrate a proactive, target oriented approach and initiative
Key responsibilities:- Assist clients in finding rental properties that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property
- Handle rental applications, background checks, and lease agreements
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants
- Stay updated on market trends and property values
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet legal standards
- Address and resolve tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Utilise various marketing strategies to promote available rental properties
