- Manage renewal timeline proactively
- Collect the information from the team if changes has to be done
- Get the vendor offer in time
- Manage the vendor communication for the offer and PO process
- Arrange Meetings with the vendor if needed
- Create PRs, PO’s (under one department)
- Buying and receiving
- Create the GR after check against PO and feedback from the team
- Represent DES in the procurement Scrum call
- Support budget planning process and accrual process
- Maintain the excel list for initial budget planning,
- Transfer the payment plan from PO to budget excel,
- Update the plan once per quarter to support the quarterly closing process
- Various other ad hoc requirements - this we will sort out step by step depending on workload
