Recruitment Administrator
Requirements - At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Must possess a relevant tertiary qualification in HR.
- Experience with ATS and formatting CVs.
- Must be based in Gauteng and willing to work remotely.
Responsibilities - Formatting CVS on ATS.
- Assist with reference and background checks for candidates.
- Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
- Candidate Pools- Make sure that all info is correct and fully completed.
- Set up and remove Interviews on ATS.
- Review and give recommendations on candidate experience.
- Social media management.
- General administration.
