Main purpose of the Job:

Our media and creative integrated agency is looking for a TV production project manager.

As a project manager specialising in TV productions within our advertising agency, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of television commercials and related projects. Your responsibility will be to ensure that all aspects of the project are meticulously planned, coordinated, and executed to meet the client’s expectations and agency standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Project planning and coordination:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, account management) and external vendors (directors, editors, studios) to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to timelines.
2. Budget and resource management:
  • Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring expenditures are within approved limits.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
3. Client communication and relationship management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Proactively address client concerns, provide status reports, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Quality assurance and risk management:
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that deliverables meet agency standards and client specifications.
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them proactively.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

5. Collaboration:
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Promote a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.
  • Minimum three years proven experience as a Project Manager in an advertising agency or similar environment, with a focus on TV production and media.
  • Strong understanding of television production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Chase
Working conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Collaboration with creative and production teams both in-office and on-location.
  • Travel may be required for on-site production management or client meetings.
