Salary: R14,000 – R18,000 per month - based on skillset and previous experience

Relocation Africa, based in Kenilworth, Cape Town, is a leading company in Africa's global mobility sector. Specializing in seamless destination and immigration services, ensuring that expatriates can quickly become effective employees.

Role Overview:

As a Content Creator at Relocation Africa, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our content strategy across multiple platforms. Collaborating closely with our Marketing Associate, you'll craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience and elevate brand visibility.

This role spans two brands:

- Relocation Africa: http://relocationafrica.com/

- MyResidence:       https://myresidence.africa/

Storytelling – Social Media, Blogs, and Newsletters

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and write creative content aligned with strategic campaigns and social media strategies
  • Craft engaging stories across social media, articles and newsletters
  • Develop content to populate the content calendar with regular, timely updates
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies
  • Proficiently use tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and WordPress
  • Publish captivating articles and stories
  • Understanding of SEO tools and practices to manage and analyse customer interactions and data
Required skills:
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and community engagement
  • Strong storytelling ability adaptable to brand voice
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines consistently
Key qualities:
  • Passion for creating engaging content that enhances brand awareness
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and creative mindset
  • Effective team player across departments
  • Adaptable to evolving digital marketing trends and technologies

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills from concept to execution
  • Proficiency in social media platforms; familiarity with Mailchimp and WordPress preferred
  • Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
