Our prestige client is seeking on the lookout for talented UX/UI designers to help refine and enhance their existing design system and brand guidelines. Working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you'll design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our B2B SaaS platform that align with our business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, design requirements, and project timelines.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback and analyse user engagement metrics to inform design decisions.
- Create and maintain design systems that promote consistency and efficiency across the platform.
- Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all products and platforms.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that designs are properly implemented and maintain design quality throughout development
Key requirements- You have three + years of experience in UX/UI design.
- You have a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience with relevant design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- You have a comprehensive knowledge of design systems and how to create and maintain them. You possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and are able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional skills and experience they would love to see- Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software design
- Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design
- Experience with user interface design for data visualisation and analytics
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams

perm – hybrid (Melrose Arch) position offering a salary up to
