Job description
Providing the HR Manager with full support for all IR, basic HR and Payroll Administrative functions within a highly Unionised manufacturing environment. Role includes dealing with IR/Labour issues daily on the Shop Floor, dealing with the relevant Unions and overseeing/actively doing payroll on SAGE VIP
Must currently reside in Johannesburg/Sandton/SurroundsRequirements
Grade 12 - essential
IR/Labour Law Diploma - essentialLabour Law Diploma
SAGE VIP system knowledge essentialSolid track record dealing with IR issues on the shop floor
Previous experience gained working with Unions
Good working knowledge of basic HR issues - EE, Skills,
Advanced MS Office
Own transport, valid license
Min 3 years relevant IR/HR experience
