Who are we looking for:

We’re looking for a visionary managing director (MD) with a strong background in omnichannel and e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who can drive digital transformation, enhance customer experience, and lead a diverse team towards market leadership.

What will you do:

As the MD, you will:

Oversee the strategic direction across all business areas.
Drive operational efficiency, digital transformation, and customer experience.
Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver market-leading results.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.
Ensure profitability, growth, and long-term business sustainability.
Report directly to the Group CEO and work alongside key executives.

What do you need:

Relevant qualification and 10+ years’ experience in a senior leadership role.
Technically savvy
Experience in Retail or FMCG (Brands).
Strong financial, commercial, and strategic planning skills.
Proven ability in digital transformation and customer-focused leadership.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
