What we do: We deliver exceptional event planning and execution services, ensuring that every event we manage exceeds our clients' expectations.

What we are looking for: An experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide leadership, vision and oversight of our operational functions. The COO will work closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to drive organisational growth, efficiency and impact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for our mission and a proven track record of successful operational management within the nonprofit sector.

What you must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, public administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of senior leadership experience in non-profit organisations, with a focus on operational management, programme development and strategic planning
  • Strong understanding of non-profit governance, financial management, grant compliance and fund development best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities to engage diverse stakeholders and convey complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams, building collaborative relationships and driving organisational change and growth
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities to address challenges, make informed choices and seize opportunities for innovation and impact
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, with a demonstrated history of promoting a diverse and inclusive organisational culture
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, budget analysis, data-driven decision-making, and performance measurement tools to assess organisational effectiveness and outcomes
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and compliance standards affecting non-profits and acommitment to upholding ethical principles and integrity in all organisational activities
